Our Process

Six clear stages, from the first conversation to your first weeks on campus. You always know what happens next, what we need from you, and what we're handling.

1. Free Consultation

We start with a conversation through our first session, where we get to know the student properly — grades and subjects, what they enjoy, what they picture themselves doing, and what the family is realistically comfortable spending.

You leave that first session knowing your genuine options: which countries suit you, what entry requirements you would need to meet, and roughly what each route costs. It is completely free, and there is no obligation to continue.

2. University Matching

Based on your goals, we build a shortlist of universities and programs where you have a genuinely strong chance of admission — drawn from all of our destinations across Europe and the USA.

We look past rankings at what actually matters: entry requirements you meet, a course you will enjoy, a city you will be happy living in, and total costs your family can plan around. Every shortlist balances ambitious choices with safe ones.

3. Applications & Documents

We guide you through every document the process demands: transcripts, motivation letters, recommendation letters, language certificates, identity papers, and proof of finances.

We help you draft and polish your personal statement, arrange translations and certifications where they are needed, and check every file against that specific university's requirements — so nothing is missing, and nothing is ever submitted late.

4. Scholarships & Funding

We identify the scholarships, grants, and financial aid you may be eligible for — from university merit bursaries to country-specific programs.

We help you prepare each funding application alongside your university one.

5. Visa & Pre-Departure Support

Once you are accepted, we help you understand exactly what your visa requires, prepare the paperwork correctly, and get the appointment booked in good time — the stage where families most often get stuck on their own.

We also help you compare housing options, and know what to arrange before you fly: insurance, registration, banking, and what to expect in your first weeks abroad.

6. Arrival & Beyond

We stay in touch after you have arrived, so you always have someone to reach out to — whether it is a question about enrolment, or simply settling into the new city.

We also connect you with other Uni-Voy students already studying in the same country, so you arrive with a network around you instead of starting from zero.
